Telemetry Charge Nurse
Join us at Dignity Health as a Telemetry Charge Nurse to provide clinical expertise, support, and oversight for adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring. In this role you will champion patient care excellence through clinical leadership and evidence‑based practice.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patients in the Telemetry Observation Unit.
- Coordinate, supervise, and implement patient care activities, leveraging clinical experience and evidence‑based practice.
- Practice autonomously in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital standards.
- Assess patient/family health problems and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Maintain leadership in quality patient outcomes and care coordination.
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
- ADN Diploma or foreign equivalent.
- Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
- Current AHA BLS healthcare provider card.
- Obtain AHA ACLS card within 6 months of hire.
- Charge Nurse experience.
- BSN degree.
