TRG Management, a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, mid-rises, high-rises, and luxury rentals, manages approximately 20,000 units across several states. Our portfolio includes over 100 properties, and we are actively seeking a Leasing Consultant for Town Chandler, Chandler, AZ
. This role will collaborate directly with the property management team to provide residents with excellent service, ensuring potential tenants understand the features of each unit and guiding them through the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
  • Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size, layout, available amenities, and lease terms.
  • Complete lease agreements and collect security deposits.
  • Periodically inspect the property and coordinate essential maintenance.
  • Compile a list of available rental units.
  • Identify potential prospects.
  • Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with residents.
  • Answer incoming calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
  • Request that prospects complete applications and make deposits in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Process applications for approvals, update availability reports, and submit completed applications for approval to the Community Manager.
  • Follow up with candidates to provide status updates.
  • Ensure apartments are ready for residents at scheduled move-in dates.
  • Follow up with prospects who did not close and attempt to secure the business; if unable, refer them to a sister community.
  • Monitor local market trends and update property comparables to stay competitive.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (concierge, guest services, front desk, reservations) is a bonus.
  • On-site experience is a plus.
