Vylla is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent for a hybrid role based in Chandler, AZ, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties, guide them through transactions, and provide top-tier customer service. You will manage property listings, facilitate negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal and industry guidelines.

Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to streamline the home ownership process for clients.

• Active Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property laws and practices
• Proven skills in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant real estate tools, platforms, and technology
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
