Our restaurant's Back of House Team Members play a vital role in providing guests with a remarkable dining experience. They work behind the scenes and are responsible for crafting and delivering Chick-fil-A's signature food. We prioritize being attentive and courteous to all guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service with genuine hospitality. Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level

* Meet with shift lead to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift

* Follow the Chick-fil-A rules and dress code all the time.

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

* Ability to multitask quickly yet thoroughly

* Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with Team Members

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, speed and accuracy at all times

* Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
