Summary
The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day store operations through inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales-floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales transactions as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Process deliveries, freight, tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
- Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming store spaces.
- Support visual merchandising, store standards, and other front- and back-of-house operations.
Requirements
- Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Be able to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
