Position Overview: We seek a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base and generate new business. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a commission-based environment, with a starting base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers within your territory
- Promote and sell services: asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, and line striping
- Provide on-site estimates and consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
- Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and deals
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or service sales (construction, property maintenance, landscaping preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to inspect job sites and explain service benefits
- Willing to work on a commission-only structure initially
