Job Position DescriptionWith a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals. Grow and develop a customer base by identifying prospects and routinely following up. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on why Puro Clean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide accurate pretesting, scoping, and job estimates, monitoring and following up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer jobs are completed, meeting or exceeding expectations. A Puro Clean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations by providing a world‑class level of service that distinguishes us from competitors.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence.
- Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing.
- Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch‑and‑learns and promote continued education courses.
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the Puro Clean business.
- Adhere to and promote safety guidelines while in the office and traveling.
- Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to serve the community.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people—asking open‑ended questions and delivering the brand message.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers for win‑win situations.
- Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines, presenting oneself professionally and with integrity in a sales‑based setting.
Compensation: $45,000.00 – $ per year
