Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Join Cintas as a Route Service Representative in our Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products while actively selling and expanding customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Requirements:

• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A high‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service
• Strong customer‑service orientation
• Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑based environment to meet goals
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
