Opportunity and Position InformationStore Assistant Manager needed! We are looking for an excellent Service Advisor/Assistant Manager to join our team to help grow our successful company. Currently we are looking for people that have a positive attitude and the ability to always say yes to join our Award Winning Team!

- Abilities preferred but not limited to:
- Ability to use various software platforms / Napa Tracs / Autovitals workflow / Google Sheets and Docs / various spreadsheets
- Possessing a high level of customer care and related service satisfaction
- Help to manage up to 10 employees
- Willing to work to advance to Manager
- Ability to multi‑task
- Ability to always say yes
- High energy and goal driven
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Maintain equipment and showroom in good condition
- Proven experience as automotive service advisor and or manager
- Excellent knowledge of customer relations and customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge of vehicles
- Ability manage phones, customers, and software
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc.
- Pay increases with performance.
