RFID Sales & Business Development Manager

Arrowhead is looking for someone who can connect operational problems with practical RFID solutions and build the business around them.

We develop software, supply hardware, and design, deploy, and support RFID, barcode, mobility, and printing systems. Based in Chandler, Arizona, Arrowhead brings more than 35 years of AIDC experience and is a Zebra Premier Solution Partner serving organizations nationwide.

This role owns the sales process from finding an opportunity through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. You'll work directly with our engineering and deployment teams to sell projects we can deliver and support.

• Develop new RFID opportunities through targeted outreach, partner relationships, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Identify workflows where RFID can improve visibility, reduce manual work, or strengthen inventory and asset tracking.
• Lead discovery conversations with operations, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders. Establish the business problem, budget, decision process, and definition of success.
• Sell complete solutions encompassing software, readers, antennas, tags, printers, integration, deployment, training, and ongoing service.
• Coordinate demonstrations, site surveys, and proof-of-concept projects with our technical team.
• Build proposals with clear scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Develop opportunities with technology manufacturers, software partners, and other channel relationships.
• Convert successful pilots into production deployments and expand existing accounts across additional workflows and sites.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, forecasts, and follow-up plans.
• Bring market feedback into our product and service planning.

• A track record of winning new business in RFID, AIDC, enterprise technology, industrial automation, or a related solution-sales environment.
• Experience selling projects that involve hardware, software, and professional services.
• The ability to explain technical concepts in business terms and ask useful questions about how an operation actually works.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and account-development skills.
• Discipline around pipeline management, follow-through, and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel for discovery meetings, demonstrations, site visits, and industry events.
• Direct RFID experience and relationships within the Zebra, RFID, or enterprise software ecosystem are valuable. Experience moving a pilot into a broader rollout is especially relevant.

You'll work closely with company leadership and the people building and deploying the systems you sell, with a direct voice in how Arrowhead grows its RFID business.

This role is based in our Chandler, Arizona office, with the majority of work performed on-site alongside our leadership, engineering, and deployment teams. Limited remote flexibility may be considered once consistent performance, accountability, and measurable business results are established. Travel is required for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

• $75,000 annual base salary plus commission
