• Provide EH&S support to Launch Systems Programs.
• Scheduling and conducting EH&S-related training.
• Assisting with accident/incident investigations.
• Conducting frequent safety walks and inspections.
• Assisting with building MERT (Medical Emergency Response Team) as needed.
• Conducting monthly AED inspections.
• Assisting with ergonomic assessments when requested and providing safety related guidance.
• Uploading weekly activity report for EH&S operations.
• Reviewing safety plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position can be filled at either Level 3 or Level 4.

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education or related experience in Safety/EH&S.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to travel domestically to support launch campaigns and other sites as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education or related experience in Safety/EH&S.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to travel domestically to support launch campaigns and other sites as needed.

• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance of Secret or above.
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Risk Management or similar.
• Experience with ordnance handling or operations.
• Familiarity with pressure operations, crane operations, and forklift operations.
• Knowledge of fall protection, confined space operations, and working around/on scaffolding.
• OSHA, HAZMAT, NFPA, ANSI, RCRA, or Certified Safety Professional certifications.

Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 – $80,600.00. Secondary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 – $95,900.00. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off.
