Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer! This role focuses on customer service while ensuring the safety and security of clients and staff in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Background in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
• State license if required
