Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well‑being of the people and places you protect. You will lead from the front—guiding, developing, and motivating your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. Job Functions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a single client account, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and onsite supervision to assigned team members, maintaining a strong field presence
  • Conduct on‑the‑job training and ongoing coaching to ensure compliance, performance standards, and readiness
  • Develop and execute employee development and performance improvement plans as needed
  • Lead and support client‑related investigations in accordance with Allied Universal policies and procedures
  • Manage daily operational and administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, reporting, payroll support, and KPI tracking
  • Analyze operational metrics and account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Balance onsite supervision with administrative and reporting responsibilities to support overall account success
Required Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a security or service‑based environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and internal partners

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage scheduling: Leverage AI‑powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
  • Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
  • Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality service that protects people and property
  • Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
  • Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner
