The Role We are seeking a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. Key Responsibilities as a Field Pipe Installer

• Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment
• Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Forklift certification within 90 days
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs & work outdoors in extreme temperatures
• Team player with a safety-first mindset
• Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred
