We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, install new appliances, diagnose and repair existing appliances, and provide customer service that ensures satisfaction.

• Respond to client requests for appliance service
• Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
• Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
• Repair appliances
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
• Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferred
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Excellent customer service skills
