** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
* ** Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues.  Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines.
*** Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for:  + Domestic water and sanitary systems  + Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices  + Drainage, waste, and vent systems
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics.
* Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.
* Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications.
* Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Minimum
** 5 years
** of experience in
** commercial or industrial plumbing**.
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes.
* Skilled with diagnostic tools including
** line inspection cameras**.
* Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.
* Valid
** driver’s license
** and clean MVR.
* Arizona
** plumbing license preferred**, but not required.
