Our client is a single-source supplier and solutions provider for customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. We are seeking a capable Warehouse Operative to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to handle goods in/out activities, manage critical stock items, provide on-site services, and distribute products.

• Receive goods, including checking, counting, and stock put-away.
• Pick and pack customer orders within specified time frames.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to safety, quality, and operational protocols.
• Operate computerized WMS and other systems.
• Proactively identify problems and solutions.
• Use company vehicles and equipment responsibly.
• Support product delivery to local customer sites.
• Perform other duties as required to support customers.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.

• Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Initiative-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Previous warehouse and spare parts management experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift license and experience desirable.
• Experience with stock control systems (ERP/WMS), SAP knowledge a plus.
