Chandler, or Mesa, AZJob Summary The Datacenter Logistics Technician supports inventory, shipping and receiving, asset tracking, and material movement within a fast-paced datacenter environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and the ability to work independently while escalating issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate, prepare, and process incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase-order receiving.
* Perform shipping, receiving, equipment staging, and material movement activities.
* Maintain accurate physical inventory and asset-tracking records.
* Conduct inventory cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and complete data corrections.
* Support compliance and inventory-control audits.
* Handle and process data-bearing devices according to documented security procedures and runbooks.
* Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently during high-volume activities.
* Identify and escalate inventory, delivery, or operational issues as appropriate.
* Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage and staging areas.

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, inventory management, retail, shipping and receiving, or a related field.
* Basic proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow documented processes.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a datacenter, IT warehouse, or technology-related logistics environment.
* Familiarity with electronic equipment, serialized assets, or inventory-management systems.
