Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Chandrapur. The Sales Representative will promote Swikar's deaddiction and rehabilitation services to referral partners, community organizations, healthcare providers, and individuals seeking support. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, responding to inquiries, conducting informational visits or presentations, and clearly communicating program benefits and admission processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, following up with prospective clients and families, and supporting enrollment targets while upholding ethical, non-coercive practices.
The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure potential clients receive accurate information, timely guidance, and a respectful experience.
Qualifications
Proven skills in client outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation, preferably in healthcare, social services, or education.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, empathetic conversation, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about addiction, mental health, and rehabilitation services to communicate offerings accurately and sensitively.
Ability to conduct field visits, community presentations, and on-site meetings within Chandrapur and nearby areas.
Comfort working with individuals and families in distress while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and non-judgmental behavior.
Organizational and time-management skills to track leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities using basic digital tools or CRM systems.
Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in marketing, social work, psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in sales, community outreach, admissions counseling, or patient coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in local languages and English, with cultural sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
