As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing vehicles, mentoring fellow technicians, and building trusting relationships with our guests. Your expertise will ensure that every customer receives the highest quality service and transparent communication about their vehicle needs.

• Expanding your technician experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Utilizing top-notch resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
• Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of customer concerns.
• Communicating repair options clearly and transparently with customers.
• Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop.
• Delivering extraordinary results by working together to meet customer expectations.
• Conducting thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
• Treating every guest with our “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself” level of respect.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• A strong desire to solve problems and develop your career long-term.
• Open to both full-time and part-time work availability.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
• A valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
