Job Overview

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living/child care communities located in Chanhassen, MN, near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. It hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced, and Memory Care in total. This location offers a on‑site intergenerational childcare center which includes interactive programming with our senior residents.

• 80 hours per two weeks
• Fully Benefit Eligible (including medical insurance, PTO and Safe and Sick Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement match, and discounted child care!)

• Assists in classroom as needed and directed by the lead teacher
• Supervises health and safety needs of children
• Assists in keeping classroom neat and orderly
• Responsible for securing health, hygiene, safety, and overall well‑being of children at all times
• Provides a nurturing environment, which supports the individual development of each child
• Assists in keeping records up to date, such as emergency forms, lesson plans, individual child development profiles, and other records as needed
• Ability to follow all licensing requirements as directed by the center Director and Lead Teacher
• Maintains confidentiality of records and information of staff and families
• Maintains all requirements of licensing for education and training
• Ability to perform as duties as assigned

• High School diploma
• 1 year of experience

Compensation: $15.49‑$20.46 Hourly
