Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about precision, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape our manufacturing processes, ensure ISO 13485 compliance with rigorous standards, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with our Application Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to bring designs to life, optimize production, and ensure every product meets the highest quality expectations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to uphold process control and quality standards
- Leverage Solid Works 3D CAD to create and analyze customer models, provide DFM feedback, and design tools and fixtures
- Develop and maintain Travelers and Job Packets for new and existing projects
- Design manufacturing and assembly fixtures, including 3D-printed solutions
- Research and implement new methods for process development and improvement
- Maintain detailed engineering documentation and process records
- Innovate to enhance product and process efficiency using sound engineering principles
- Ensure ISO 13485 compliance with customer and organizational quality standards
- Support quality investigations, including adverse events and customer complaints, with thorough documentation and procedural adherence
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and business goals
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in medical devices or other highly regulated industries
- Highly proficient in Solid Works 3D CAD software
- Familiarity with cutting tool technology, CNC machining, and their applications in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement
