Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist processes invoices and payment applications for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner. The specialist resolves all accounts receivable issues with customers, adhering to monthly collection goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Processes invoices and payment applications
- Processes credit card payments
- Responds to customer calls and e‑mails promptly and courteously
- Resolves all accounts receivable issues with customers
- Investigates denied and short‑paid transactions
- Adheres to monthly collection goals
- Negotiates past‑due balances
- Issues credit memos as needed and authorized
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business or customer service
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office
- Experience with Workday and Salesforce
Hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.
