Human Resources Generalist

This full‑time, permanent, exempt position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner and will support day‑to‑day HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance, and policy enforcement.

Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; weekend events may be requested for special events.

• Reporting and compliance
• Employee Shared Responsibility (ESR)
• OSHA reporting
• General HR duties
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ability to drive change and be process‑driven
• Proven track record of building strong professional relationships
• Highly motivated self‑starter and strategic thinker
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, team environment

Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000. Competitive benefits package.
