$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

This is a contract to hire opportunity

Duration: 5-6 months (hire scheduled for January 2026)

About the Role

We are searching for a curious and analytical SEO Manager to join our Digital Acquisition team as the subject matter expert on all things SEO. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple departments to optimize diverse web experiences and contribute to brand awareness and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyze site traffic to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with content creators, creative teams, and developers on SEO best practices
Review and optimize business listings across numerous locations
Assist with metadata properties and technical SEO implementation
Partner with public relations and editorial teams on keyword strategy
Present performance trends and recommendations to key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

3+ years of SEO experience with a strong foundation in keyword research and analysis
Experience using SEO monitoring and keyword research tools (aHrefs experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of web design, coding, and user experience principles
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
A curious, self-driven personality who enjoys working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or User Experience preferred
