We are seeking a customer-centric, strategic, and highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Implementation Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of Kor Terra's software solutions for our largest and most complex customers while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding and expansion process.

The Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience by managing implementation projects from kickoff through successful adoption. This individual partners closely with customers, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Cloud Ops, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals. As a senior member of the team, you will also help improve implementation methodologies, mentor teammates, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers, including large, strategic, and technically complex deployments.
• Serve as the primary project manager and trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customers achieve a successful launch and realize value quickly.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and develop implementation strategies that meet their unique operational needs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Configure, implement, and optimize the Kor Terra software suite based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud Ops, Product, Customer Success, and Customer Support to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform database queries and leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues.
• Identify implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies before they impact project success.
• Provide customer training, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, project plans, and customer-facing deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance implementation processes, tools, documentation, and customer onboarding experiences.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Implementation Project Managers, sharing best practices and supporting team development.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Kor Terra's products, implementation methodologies, and industry best practices.
