Shift differential: $3.00 per hour for the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm.

Wednesday through Friday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, 36‑hour work week, three 12‑hour shifts.

• Collaborate across functions (Sales, Prepress, Cutting, Kitting, Shipping, etc.) to achieve results.
• Conform to shifting priorities with analytical problem‑solving skills.
• React promptly to project adjustments.
• Make proactive design decisions based on available information.
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills.
• Experience supervising/leading a team.
• Lift 50 lb. on a regular basis.

• Work closely with the manager and other shift leaders to prioritize and direct department workflow.
• Support a safe environment, driving toward 0 OSHA recordables & maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure assembly integrity through continuous monitoring of departmental processes.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements.
• Monitor work‑order issues and receipts.
• Establish open lines of communication with the production floor.
• Represent corporate policy and communicate to employees as required.
• Ensure training & skills matrix compliance & further develop team skills.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring efficiency & productivity & implementing improvements.
• Drive improvements in material flow, including cell design & material delivery; interact with support departments to reduce costs.
• Complete & quality check each job according to ticket specifications.
• Learn existing equipment, train, and learn on new equipment.
• Troubleshoot production problems to meet productivity & quality standards.
• Put away stock, break down boxes and clean up after shift.
• Perform miscellaneous projects & complete various tasks as requested by management.
