Job Summary: Bongards’ Creameries seeks a highly‑motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to report to the VP of Marketing. The role leads marketing projects, analyzes business data, executes elements of the marketing plan, and coordinates sales and marketing activities. The specialist works closely with Field Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams.

• Execute marketing plan elements including campaign development, new product launches, promotions, selling material development, website management, e‑marketing initiatives, and social media.
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows to showcase the company’s brand and product portfolio.
• Lead portfolio management, new product processes, packaging, labeling, and other projects; manage multiple projects with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Provide marketing support and sales enablement by managing GS1 product information, selling material requests, and customer presentation development.
• Analyze business and market trends to identify opportunities or areas for improvement.
• Complete ad‑hoc projects for the VP of Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (other majors accepted).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business‑analysis experience.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PC tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and building relationships.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects with executional excellence.

• Annual salary $65,000–$85,000.
