Park Nicollet is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Chanhassen Primary Care team for telehealth triage services. The role involves independent nursing assessment, planning and evaluation, and acting as a liaison between physicians, patients and staff.
The ideal candidate will have an RN license (Minnesota) with BLS certification and a nursing degree, and will participate in a collaborative, patient-centered care approach within a 32-hour work week.
