What You’llDo

• Leadthedailyworkflowandactivitiesof
  
  QA Technicians,ensuringcompliancewith
  
  SOPs,procedures,andregulatorystandards.
• Serveastheprimary
  
  QAcontactontheproductionfloor,providing direction,support,andtrainingtoteammembers.
• Actasthefirstpointofescalationforcomplexqualityissues,resolvingthemefficientlyorelevatingto
  
  QAmanagementwhenneeded.
• Knowhowtoperformevery
  
  QATechnicianfunctionandprovidebackupsupportasnecessary.
• Supportbatchrecordreviewprocesses,ensuringaccuracy,completeness,andcompliancewithall
  
  SOPs.
• Ensurefinishedgoodsandcomponentinspectionsmeetcompanyandcustomerqualityrequirements.
• Reviewandapproveartworkandlabelingforaccuracyandcompliancewithspecifications.
• Leadorassistwithnon-conformance investigations,corrective/preventive actions,andinternalaudits.
• Provide support during external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality and process control.

What You Bring

• Associate’sorTechnical
  
  Degree required;
  
  Bachelor’sdegreepreferred.
• 4–5yearsofqualityassuranceexperienceinamanufacturingorregulatedindustry.
• Strongunderstandingof
  
  GMP/GDPprinciplesand
  
  FDAcompliancerequirements.
• Proficiency in English(reading,writing,speaking,and comprehension).
• Workingknowledgeof Microsoft Word ,Excel,andgeneralcomputersystems.
• Excellentattentiontodetailwithstrongorganizational,prioritization,andmultitaskingabilities.
• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswithacollaborativeteammindset.
• Abilitytoadapttochangingprioritiesandproductionneeds.
• Experienceusingmeasuringtoolssuchasmicrometers,calipers,pingauges,andplacementgauges.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed in a manufacturing environment.
