Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Hospitality Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This “hands‑on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly‑esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Your Impact
  • Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of FOH (front counter, dining room, mobile application (non drive‑thru) orders and third‑party delivery services) to ensure a remarkable guest experience
  • Coach, mentor and grow Front of House team members and conduct 1 on 1 meetings with junior leaders to develop them into new roles
  • Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross‑functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high‑level collaborative goals
  • Utilize our internal Leadership Development Program to track your professional growth into new roles in our organization while finding and training your replacement.
  • Schedule:

    40-45 hours/week (30-35 operational hours and 10-15 admin and personal/professional growth)
Background Profile
  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick‑fil‑A's values
