Lakewinds Co-op Meat & Seafood is hiring an aspiring meat and seafood service expert. No experience necessary, on the job training available.
Join a team that’s passionate for providing high quality, sustainable, and local products to our customers. Establish yourself as a team member of the Meat & Seafood department.
Essential Functions- Provide excellent, prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
- Prepare ground meats for best yield and customer appeal.
- Control ground product inventory, adjusting production based on product sales, seasonality, and weather.
- Be able to perform all other counter duties: stocking, wrapping, labeling, receiving orders, cleaning.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Shifts will be mid day/evenings and include weekends.
- Standing for several hours at a time
- Lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and 80 lbs. occasionally
