Retail Associate - Part-time

Prince's Paisley Park is looking for a friendly, reliable individual for a part-time seasonal retail position. As a Retail Associate, to provide excellent customer service to guests, encourage merchandise purchases, and engage guests with the incredible world of Prince's Paisley Park. This position is located at Paisley Park in Chanhassen, MN.

About Paisley Park

Paisley Park is an active museum, state-of-the-art recording studio, and concert venue. For nearly 30 years, the facility served as Prince's home, creative sanctuary, and production complex. Fulfilling Prince's vision that Paisley Park would one day be open to the public, the venue today welcomes fans, musicians, and audiophiles for tours, concerts, festivals, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS and cash-handling duties in an efficient, responsible, and timely manner
• Participates in processing and unloading merchandise, replenishment of the sales floor, and additional operational tasks
• Takes a proactive role in maintaining a positive space and experience for each guest by keeping excellent visual and housekeeping standards in the Paisley Park shop

WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work weekdays, and evenings
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
• Job may require occasional lifting of boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs and climbing a ladder
• Pescatarian work environment while on the Paisley Park campus. Fish, eggs, and dairy are fine, inside the building; beef, chicken, and other non-pescatarian foods can be eaten in your car or off-site.

If offered the position, the offer is contingent upon passing a background check and a four-panel background screen which does NOT include THC.
