Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Adequate math skills to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Proficiency in computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred; or specialty cleaning such as stripping & waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning.
• Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.
• Opportunities to advance into:
  Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers; opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation and Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
