Lyondell Basell is staffing for a Manager Operations, Derivatives and South Utilities for the Channelview, TX Manufacturing Complex, located 18 miles from downtown Houston.

Our 4,000-acre Channelview Complex consists of multiple units, including two olefin units at the north side facility that manufacture ethylene, propylene, butadiene and benzene. The south side facility uses many of these products to produce propylene oxide, styrene monomer and other derivatives.

This position will manage the operations team for the Derivatives and South Utilities area. This position reports to the CVO I&D Site Operations Manager, and

Will manage 10 direct reports, and total staff of around 90 employees

Will manage South Utilities, RTBE, BDO and Derivatives units (Allyl Alcohol, BDO, THF, GBL, NMP) and Poly Ols (Covestro production unit)

Accountable for safe, efficient, reliable and cost effective performance of assets and people

Member of the site extended leadership team
