Position Overview

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech-savvy merchandisers for our gig-based positions. Our merchandisers are the backbone of our company, handling a variety of tasks from audits to planogram implementation. This is not full-time or part-time work; it's project-based gig work.

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour, varying by client, not experience.

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use your smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload clear, high-quality photos live while in the store.
• Enable location permissions on your smartphone for project verification.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
• Take full responsibility for your assigned area, completing all work offered fully and on time.

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Comfortable with technology; must have an Android or iPhone with reliable internet access, know how to use Google Chrome and third-party apps, and be able to submit surveys and photos live while on site.
• Able to handle data-intensive and photo-heavy surveys and reports.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to plan ahead and complete work with urgency.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions carefully.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication are required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach up and down, lift and carry boxes up to 10 pounds, and move light fixtures on wheels.

This is a W-2 position. Work is project-based and does not guarantee steady income. You must be comfortable working independently, following detailed instructions, learning new tools, and completing all work accurately and on time. Outstanding communication with supervisors by email, phone, and text is required. Logging in to our system daily to check assignments and updates is mandatory.
