• Coach and train Inventory Associates – Accuracy matters.

• Lead and engage:
  Serve as primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, drive operational excellence, maximize team productivity, foster engagement to grow and develop the team.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
• Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel via car or plane including overnight stays.
