Our Terminal Support Coordinators are essential to our business as they support all front office operations with billing, dispatch, and equipment control operations.

• Enter customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system
• Report customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner
• Inform equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise
• Print export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control
• Maintain direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry
• Experience Google Suite (Gmail, etc.)
