Program Support Assistant

The Program Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support for the Program Manager on assigned programs and projects. They are responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of program activities and providing support to other staff members as needed. The Program Support Assistant carries out tasks such as preparing reports, tracking budgets, and handling administrative taskings.

• Provide administrative and programmatic support to for assigned projects including reconciling data between systems, preparing informational updates, and tracking project information
• Manage and maintain program and project files and records
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Program Support Assistant Skills and Requirements

• Ability to obtain and Maintain a Top Secret Clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with federal contracts administration strongly preferred
