Overview

Administrative Secretary - Contracts & Procurement Support (5111) role at Three Saints Bay, LLC. Responsibilities
  • Record a variety of source documentation into financial and other management systems, spreadsheets and databases
  • Provide support in general accounting clerical operations
  • Respond to routine telephone requests which have standard answers and refer calls and visitors to appropriate staff
  • Maintain personnel and task order files in compliance with agency Records Retention & Disposition Schedule
  • Disseminate approved forms
  • Type correspondence, reports, labels and similar material
  • Compose correspondence of a routine and non-technical nature
  • Complete data input assignments, prepare letters/emails
  • Coordinate reservations for meetings and conferences
  • Prepare slide presentations using Power Point
  • Maintain calendars/briefing logs for agency management
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Perform related work as required
Qualifications / Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Active SECRET security clearance or above
  • Ability to pass an Agency background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration preferred) or four (4) years of specialized experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Contract management skills with ability to work effectively with a Contracting Officer and other Contract Specialists, focusing on contracts and purchasing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse vendors
