Commercial Fence Scheduler

Long Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Fence Scheduler to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. This is an administrative position that will schedule jobs for our Commercial department.

• Maintain commercial fence schedule spreadsheet.
• Contact customers to coordinate installation timing.
• Track and respond to incoming scheduling requests.
• Coordination between sales and installation regarding schedules.
• Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
• Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project

• 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

• The minimum compensation for this position is $27.00 per hour.
• The maximum compensation for this position is $31.00 per hour.
