• Advise customers about necessary service for their general maintenance needs
• Identify the customer’s primary concern and present other maintenance needs when appropriate
• Communicate professionally about inspection results, present corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for needed repairs
• Prepare repair orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service
• Accurately describe the customer’s concern to the technician
• Explain work performed and the repair order charges to the customer
• Schedule service appointments and loaner/rental cars when appropriate to provide a seamless experience
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards (CSI)
• Perform federal, state, and manufacturer mandated recalls
• Complete any training required by the manufacturer or Rosenthal Automotive

• 1+ year of service writing experience or sales experience recommended
• High-line, luxury automotive experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Enthusiastic, motivated, energetic with determination to overcome objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Process and detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize

• $55,000 - $110,000+ annual income potential based on performance
