KIA Service Technician; Hyundai TECHs

Duties

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension issues
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional repairs or maintenance needed
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and concise manner
• Perform warranty repairs within guidelines

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required in an automotive repair setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle repairs
• Ability to stay positive and work well with multiple departments
• Must be able to follow TSB and Warranty guidelines for proper repair procedure
