Overview
Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a Window/Glass Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The Window/Glass Technician diagnoses and performs glass repairs on vehicles with efficiency, accuracy, and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer/factory standards.
This range is provided by Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and dealership experience.
- Diagnose and repair automotive glass; ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates and service advisors to deliver excellent customer experiences.
