Service Advisor Opportunity
Join the largest KIA service department in the Mid‑Atlantic. Our high‑volume dealership has 26 service bays, express techs, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Location: Mid‑Atlantic Region (High‑Volume Kia Dealership with 26 Service Bays)
Position: Automotive Service Advisor
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and performance)

- Manage service workflows in a 26‑bay operation, prioritizing express lane services for oil changes, tire rotations, and quick diagnostics.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive follow‑ups, warranty claims, and building loyalty in the competitive Mid‑Atlantic market.
- Utilize dealership software for scheduling, invoicing, and tracking KIA service metrics to hit revenue targets.
- 3+ years as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer in a high‑volume dealership (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus).
- Proven track record in customer service excellence, sales closing, and explaining repair services.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, vehicle systems, and industry trends such as EV transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability in a busy 26‑bay service environment, and a valid driver’s license.
- Dealer‑equivalent training preferred; tech‑savvy with CSI scores above 95%.
