• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership procedures
• Test-dive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed and provide estimates of time required
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

• No experience required
• Certified General Motors Technician
• ASE Certification required
• Entry-level qualifications in diagnostic, electrical and engine repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer-service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications; capable of operating electronic diagnostic equipment
