Responsibilities- Identify pricing and vehicle availability, set appointments, and follow up on leads as well as existing opportunities.
- Must be able to close sales deals.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of Computers, Word, Excel, and Smartphones.
- Professional appearance, reliable transportation, good driving record, and schedule flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written/electronic communication skills.
- Long‑term employee mindset with a desire to grow and succeed.
- Must speak and understand English well; bilingual a plus.
- Self‑motivated, honest, and dependable.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Previous automotive experience preferred.
High‑energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills will succeed at the Ted Britt Automotive Group.
