Join K , Inc. as a Subcontracts Administrator in our National Security Solutions team. You will support procurement activities that protect national security by managing subcontract negotiations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and driving procurement value.

• Work independently on government solicitations.
• Prepare RFP/RFQ packages.
• Evaluate proposals and quotations to support procurement decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive price analysis.
• Lead negotiations of subcontract agreements, including terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Prepare required documentation for the subcontract file to ensure CPSR compliance.
• Issue procurement actions including purchase orders, subcontracts, and modifications.
• Monitor and maintain POs/subcontracts within the purchasing system.
• Perform peer reviews of procurement files.
• Liaise between subcontractor and project manager.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Manage close‑out procedures efficiently.

• Travel: minimal 0‑20%.
• Working Hours:
  
  Standard.

• 3‑5 years of experience in purchasing/subcontracts.
• Federal Government/subcontracts experience.
• B.S. / B.A. in Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Business Law.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills and ability to interpret policies and regulations.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Experience mitigating contractual and procurement risks, ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and CPSR compliance.
• Strong negotiator with proven success in subcontract discussions.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

• Highly organized and systematic approach to task management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work across program teams, finance, legal, and compliance departments to drive procurement success.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
