Purpose of JobThis individual will support our Quality Division and assist in our method of providing standardized processes and structure to our clients. This position will support the operations and process management activities as part of Kreative’s consulting services; the Task will involve analysis and assessment of client operations, business processes, organizational structures, supporting information systems, and practices to identify opportunities for improved performance, and increased efficiencies and effectiveness within a client organization or business area.
The QS Coordinator will ensure that Kreative’s methodology is followed for delivery of services to our clients and will monitor progress and completion of tasks to maintain good communication within the team and with the client.
- Provide Project Leads/Process Analysts with quality planning and administrative support using the Kreative methodology
- Responsible for tracking and dispositioning action items for internal and customer meetings
- Monitor project status and proactively engage the project team in keeping tasks updated
- Utilize our process for accepting and managing customer deliverables
- Prepare and scribe meeting minutes
- Coordinate with team to ensure that customer deliverables are completed timely and accurately
- Facilitate communication within the project team to ensure open lines of communication
- Respond to client requests/emails within one hour
- Assist with completion of Internal Audits (QS II would perform Internal Audits)
- Assist with the development of policies, processes, and procedures as part of customer deliverables, as needed
- Utilize Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner etc. to perform duties
- Participate in 3rd Party audits as requested and eligible
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and identify process improvements for corporate and customer initiatives
- At least 1 year of field experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organization Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with ISO and CMMI standards preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
