Pay Tech Trust is a fast-growing payments company processing $1B+ annually, supporting complex, multi-location clients with consultative, high-touch solutions. We’re scaling fast (20–40% growth year over year) and building a world-class inside sales organization — and we need a hands‑on, high‑energy leader to take it to the next level.

This role is 80% leadership / 20% hands‑on execution — perfect for someone who loves to step in, model the call, and win with their team.

• Lead and grow an inside sales team (current 4 → scaling to 8–10)
• Own outbound strategy, inbound support, pipeline creation & appointment setting
• Coach, mentor, and hold the team accountable to excellence
• Build scripts, talk tracks, objection frameworks & best practices
• Partner closely with Marketing + Enterprise Sales to execute campaigns
• Strengthen relationships with software and banking partners
• Foster a culture of performance, positivity, discipline, and growth

• 3+ years leading sales or call‑center teams
• 5+ years in B2B sales
• Strong communication, presence & leadership grit
• Proven consultative selling success
• Hunter mindset + coaching resilience & persistence
• Experience building outbound scripts / playbooks
• CRM & data‑driven leadership discipline
• Thrives in fast‑growth, high‑change environments

• POS, payment gateway or PCI familiarity
• Software / channel partner background

• Base: $75,000–$85,000
• Residual income opportunity (“annuity” upside)
• W2 or 1099 flexibility
• Location: On‑site | Chantilly, VA
• Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
